My PAL Impact Interview Experience (Part 2 during interview)

Tips for male aspirants/applicants:

• Clean hair cut.
• Silver Watch
• white long sleeves should be straight and clean
• should stand out
• Smile like it is your last day haha jk .. be confident lang and be positive

8:00 AM

before going to the room, kindly get a visitors ID at the info desk hehe.. para makapasok sa HR office

once you entered the room be still, be quiet and be confident.

seats are arrange like you are in a classroom + it is cold . brrr

the staffs will give you a brief description about being a cabin crew and they will ask for your requirements.

after submitting the requirements you will be called 1 by 1 for the "Introduce yourself"

there are 2 Panelist

Names are being called randomly and there are 17 of us applicants majority are girls

( i am breaking apart due to nervousness haha.)

you will be given 3-5 minutes to introduce yourself.

AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE DO NOT SAY THAT YOU ARE NERVOUS BE CONFIDENT AND SMILE :D

also DO NOT COPY THE FORMAT OF INTRODUCING YOURSELF FROM OTHER BLOGS

Be yourself..and enjoy but not too much ..BE Spontaneous ..
I think stood in front for a less than 2 minutes.

you can talk about your family, achievements, work experience, place where you live, short promotion of your province or school.

Hi Good morning, I am Aaron Roi Gargantos, 20 yrs old, BS Computer Science Graduate from Sacred Heart College Lucena...

my final part of speech is that I talk about my school's core values which i have applied in my life and motto..

as a student of Sacred Heart College we must have core. core. core. core. core. core lastly we believe in the saying
"where love is service".. Thank you

Once your done, you will be asked to walk towards the panelist(which are at the back)
Kinda scary thou haha, they will stare at you for a few seconds. then you are done. back to your seat

After everyone is done,

the panelist will call your name and they will give you a piece of paper(a rejection paper)

you can still apply again after 6 months if you really want to pursue.

and for who are not called, will be able to move on for the 2nd part..

2 out of 17 were not called.. one is the Bacolod Girl(Nurse Graduate) and one is me

the panelist will call you again for a short briefing, ask you some questions..

as a male applicant, i was asked to fold my sleeves for them to check and showed my hands back and fort. turned around from side to side

and for girls, they will ask you to remove your coat, same process as well ..

then the final part is that they will ask you to say the given words
tagalog and english version

"Welcome to Philippine Airline Flight 950 etc etc " something like that....

Sadly i was not able to pass the 2nd part of interview.. and got a piece of paper..LOL

Anyway it was a good experience, Try lang ng Try ika nga...
