My PAL Impact Interview Experience (Part 1 before interview)

My mom asked me look for an opening online, and viola! PAL is the only one hiring at that time.
so I applied online here:  Link here and filled up an application.

►I suggest that you should drop your resume or CV directly at the PAL Office which is located at the PNB Financial Bldg. Macapagal Ave. Pasay City..

Now what is a Cabin crew or a Flight Attendant??

"PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY, CARE, COMFORT OF PASSENGERS. HE / SHE MUST BE ABLE TO RENDER THIS SERVICE IN A COURTEOUS AND GRACIOUS MANNER, WITH THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM." 

Requirements? 

• FILIPINO CITIZEN

• NOT MORE THAN 27 YEARS OLD

• COMPLETED AT LEAST 2 YEARS IN COLLEGE

• CAN SPEAK ENGLISH AND FILIPINO

• FEMALE APPLICANTS MUST BE SINGLE AT LEAST 5'3"

• MALE APPLICANTS ARE PREFERABLY SINGLE AT LEAST 5'6"

• WEIGHT MUST BE PROPORTIONATE TO HEIGHT

• WITH GOOD VISUAL IMPACT AND PLEASING PERSONALITY

• WITH CLEAR COMPLEXION AND A GOOD SET OF TEETH

I was at the SM City Lucena that time with my friend. haha so I immediately traveled back home after 10 or 15 mins..

PAL asked me a few questions like my height, age, where do I lived, also if i have braces then email address for the complete details

my height is 5'11
20 years old
Lucena city
No braces

----------- having a braces is a big deduction yet they will still consider you for the impact interview.

Here are the details for your Impact Interview:

When: April 27, 2016 (WED) at 8:00 AM

Where: 2F Talent Acquisition and Placement Division, PNB Financial Center, Diosdado Macapagal Avenue, Pasay City (near World Trade Center).

Things to bring: Valid ID, pen, updated resume, 2x2 picture, 4R picture (1 close-up and 1 whole body formal), photocopy of your Transcript of Record and any form with printed SSS number.

Attire: Male- White long sleeves polo with dark blue necktie, black slacks and black leather shoes

       Female- Black skirt and blazer, white short sleeves polo inside (no colored or printed under garment) skin-toned stockings, plain black high heeled closed shoes, full make-up and tie your hair neatly in bun.

I woke up 2am and prepared myself because i am here at Lucena City which is 3-4hrs away from Manila. **Excited much**

I took a bus going Lucena - LRT Buendia

Mukhang pagod pero ok lang. haha idaan nalang sa ngiti

Hindi ko na namalayan ang oras that time baka 6am pero nakarating na ako. a little bit dizzy because i was not able to eat my breakfast that time..

I rode a mini orange jeep going to MOA/Macapagal.

so ayun nakarating na ako, kakaba kaba... at first hindi ko alam kung saan dadaan kasi ang daming daan sa labas haha .

ITO NA TALAGA NAKAPASOK NA AKO(sa bldg haha), meron isang nauna na sakin pero hindi ko pinansin kasi nag punta muna ako CR para mag refresh refresh haha.

afterwards nakausap ko din un nauna sakin pakilala sya, pakilala ako..then madami na din dumating after an hour or so..

the best thing about interviews is that nakikilala mo yung mga applicants din :) gain a new set of friends.. hindi ko pa makita un iba sa fb haha.. i've met one from CEBU, Bacolod, and some limot ko na.. moving on......
